Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

Your role and goals

Productsup offers a powerful platform that empowers businesses to efficiently collect, organize, and enhance product data from multiple sources. With hundreds of servers under its command, Productsup efficiently manages massive infrastructure and processes ~27 trillion products annually through our internally developed pipeline.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to enhance the usability and user experience of our Productsup platform. Leverage your expertise, stay updated with the latest technologies, and collaborate with a talented team for continued success and innovation.

In your first 3 months you will:

• Build a deep understanding of our product, our codebase and our engineering processes;
• Work as part of an agile team to improve our core product and deliver new features
• Play a key cross-functional role within our team of highly talented frontend and backend developers;
• Use your fresh perspective to improve our frontend.

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Work on creating a state-of-the-art application architecture using frontend components in a “micro-frontends” structure;
• Balance all the possibilities of the product, finding a middle-ground between a big set of features and a user-friendly UI/UX while incorporating new technologies;
• Work closely with our Product Team to develop solutions in the form of new features or products;
• Become an expert on the core product and mentor other colleagues using your knowledge.

What you bring to the team

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role;
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 2+);
• Solid understanding of back-end technologies and languages (Node.js, PHP, Symfony 5+);
• Experience with database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB);
• Familiarity with security principles and best practices;
• Proficiency in using version control systems (Git);
• High focus on quality and testing, while maintaining pragmatic and maintainable solutions;
• Strong team player, customer centric approach, empowering and supporting the team;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
