Productsup will work with L'Oréal Benelux to further optimize its brand experience for all online retail partners

Productsup, the leading Product-to-Consumer (P2C) software company, has announced a new collaboration with L’Oréal Benelux to improve its product content syndication. Through an automated connection between the Productsup platform and L’Oréal’s internal PIM system, L’Oréal can syndicate its product content to drugstores, supermarkets, and any other channel with minimal manual work required.

"Within the beauty and personal care categories, consumers are increasingly finding their way to online shopping. As a result, the share of online sales within L'Oréal has increased significantly and this trend will continue to do so in the coming years,” said Fleur van Dommele, E-merchandiser at L'Oréal. “To offer the consumer a pleasant and efficient purchase experience, high quality content and product information are essential.”

“To take our content optimization and implementation to the next level, we were looking for a tool to complement our own internal product information system,” van Dommele said. “Productsup provides a technical connection between our PIM system and retailers that allows us to offer our content to retailers more efficiently and optimize the customer journey."

*This partnership started between L’Oréal and World of Content, which was acquired by Productsup in June 2022.
