We have recently been made aware of fraudulent activity where individuals and websites falsely claim to represent Productsup.
These scams may involve:
- Contacting people via WhatsApp, SMS text messages, or unofficial phone numbers
- Inviting individuals to fake WhatsApp groups or “investment schemes”
- Pretending to be Productsup recruiters or employees and requesting personal information or account credentials
- Using fraudulent lookalike websites and domains (such as productssup.com, productsupsk.com) that misuse our company name and logo
Please note:
- Productsup does not make unsolicited job offers or conduct its recruitment process through WhatsApp accounts, text messages or personal phone numbers.
- Productsup does not run investment programs or offer financial packages to job seekers or customers.
- Productsup does not ask candidates, customers, or partners for upfront payments, deposits, or cryptocurrency as part of any job offer, task, or investment scheme.
- Official communication from Productsup will always come from a productsup.com email address, our HR system (HiBob) or our verified LinkedIn channels.
- These fraudulent schemes are operated by third parties and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or operated by Productsup.
