Your role and goals

Our Business Development Representatives are the backbone of our organization. They hold a pivotal position in driving our business forward by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential customers, paving the way for new business opportunities.

At Productsup, we are expanding our Sales team across EMEA and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Business Development Representatives.

In your first 3 months you will:

  • Receive comprehensive onboarding, to prepare you to learn about our industry while enabling you to be successful in this role
  • Understand the Productsup platform and familiarize yourself with the e-commerce/marketing technology SaaS environment 
  • Prospect and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory with the Account Executive
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels (following Productsup Sales playbook guidelines) to schedule meetings for our Account Executives

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

  • Have a solid understanding of the Productsup platform and e-commerce environment
  • Maintain consistent level of daily activity, including calls, LinkedIn outreach, live prospect connections, emails and build a consistent sales pipeline
  • Create your own strategy to seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts
  • Support our sales team to attain quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with targeted prospects and accounts

What you bring to the team

  • Proactivity is key! 
  • A structured and curious mindset with a “never give up” attitude
  • Minimum 4+ months of sales experience, either in sales/business development, telesales, or any customer liasing capacity 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at various levels of management at prospective accounts
  • Passion for sales and the desire to excel 
  • Fluency in Dutch or Scandinavian languages and English is required for this role
